Payment

For payment you can choose from the following options:

iDeal

iDeal allows you to make online purchases in a familiar, secure and simple way. iDeal is the system that links you directly to your online banking application when you buy online. If you already have online banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, Friesland Bank, ING, KNAB, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers, you can make payments using iDeal right away. The transaction is completed swiftly and simply in the familiar online banking environment of your own bank – paying in a way you are already familiar with.

A few simple steps is all it takes to pay using iDeal:

·       Place your order

·       Select iDeal as payment method

·       Select your bank

·       This opens the familiar online banking application of your own bank

·       The relevant details of your purchase will already be shown

·       You merely authorise the payment in the usual manner

·       Your bank confirms your payment

·       You return to the online store – order accepted and payment successful!

 

Paypal

PayPal is a faste, safe, easy way to pay, so you can shop more securely, wherever you're clicking. Your financial information stays safe with PayPal. Your credit card and bank account numbers are never shared with online stores, and you’re 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account. And with PayPal, you can choose to pay for your purchases with a credit or debit card, bank account, PayPal Smart Connect or your PayPal account balance.

Your PayPal account offers a single payment source for all your online purchases, so you don’t waste time searching for your credit cards and typing in your billing and shipping information. Pay without sharing financial information with sellers.

 

Bank Transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, pay the order after placing the order with stating your  ordernumber. You get a confirmation e-mail whit the amount of payment and account number in it. If you choose this payment, the amount need to be within 7 days on our bank account of Carat23 ® credited. When the payment after this period has not yet been received, the order is automatically canceled and void the agreement. The order will be shipped after receipt of payment.

You can also pick up your order at our address, but by appointment only.

Shipping & Delivery

Free delivery within the Netherlands.

We aim to send your order out within 1 working day. As soon as your order has been processed , you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number in order to follow the package online.

 

Delivery rate Europe: € 19,-

Delivery rate rest of world: € 29,-

(note for delivery outside Europe, additional import duties and custom charges are the responsibility of the consumer)

 

Returns & Replacements

You may at any time within 14 working days of delivery of the product to you change your mind and cancel your order and receive a full refund provided that you return the product to us in its original condition and with its original packaging and all tags attached. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

In the event that a product is faulty or defective, please contact us as set out below or at info@carat23.com and we will provide you with a replacement or a refund.

We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

 

Warranty

The product is guaranteed for six months from delivery from material defects. This warranty does not apply to defects in the products caused by:
Fair wear and tear;
Wilful damage, abnormal storage and working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party;
If you fail to operate the product in accordance with the instructions; and
any changes or modifications made to it by you
